Torrent notes: sound quality is good on this one. Recording volume was a bit too high during the electric tunes, but at least this still exists! This is the complete show....prior setlists from the Sugar Mountain website lack the last track in their listings.

This is the second release from the Howard Silver collection. Originally from New York, Howard spent his college years and thereafter in Chicago. He attended many concerts in the 70’s and taped many of them using a Sony TC-110 with built in microphone. Later shows, he used an external microphone, of which brand he does not recall.

These shows have never been heard by anyone but Howard and his wife! However, he is no hoarder. He did not think anyone would be interested in his tapes. How wrong he was!!!

The pressure was on me,...if I would have been caught I would have been arrested, etc.,...so, I just stopped taping. I put the expensive AKG D-1000-E microphone in my boot. I lost the $40.00 Sony Portable Cassette Deck and the Microphone Cord by saved the microphone and the tape. I became much more stealthy when recording shows after this incident!"
